Laser Treatment Aftercare Guide

This information contains all the important information you may need after your eye surgery. After your treatment, your eyes may feel blurred, gritty and sensitive, which should settle with time. A recently operated eye is more sensitive to sunlight and wind. Therefore, we recommend wearing sunglasses on the surgery day and outdoors for one week after treatment.

It is normal for your eyes to be a little red and swollen after the treatment. A small area of bleeding on the white of the eye can occur and you may experience a slight foreign body sensation. It is important not to rub your eyes and to use lubricating drops for comfort. You will be given a medication pack after your surgery.
